By subscribing to the ECOM AUTOMATERS Updates messaging program, you agree to receive SMS notifications related to your account, onboarding process, project updates, service notifications, and other relevant communications.
These messages are only sent to individuals who have become customers or have voluntarily provided their contact information.
Ecom Automaters does not send bulk promotional SMS campaigns.
- You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP.
- You will receive a confirmation message after unsubscribing.
- After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages.
- You may rejoin the service by signing up again.

Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on service updates.
Payments for the initial setup and onboarding must be completed within 48 hours of invoice issuance.
For clients on monthly management plans, invoices are generated at the start of each month and payment must be completed by the 15th.
- Failure to pay invoices may result in project delays or service suspension.
- Invoices unpaid for more than 30 days may lead to service interruption.
- If services remain paused for more than 60 days, a reactivation fee may apply.
- Additional project expenses such as approved travel costs will be invoiced separately.
Services will begin once onboarding is completed, including submission of required information to our Compliance Team and payment of any outstanding invoices.
All content, product listings, and strategies created by Ecom Automaters for your store remain the sole property of the client.
Ecom Automaters does not claim ownership of your store’s assets or intellectual property.
All agreements automatically renew unless terminated by the client with a written notice of at least 30 days.
- Clients remain responsible for any outstanding invoices during the notice period.
- Termination requests must be submitted through the official website.
Any modifications to store strategy, listing processes, platform focus, or project scope after formal approval may require a separate Change Order and additional fees.
All services provided by Ecom Automaters are non-refundable once work has begun.
However, we will make every reasonable effort to address client concerns and provide satisfactory solutions.
Ecom Automaters ensures that all work follows platform-specific policies and guidelines to the best of our ability.
However, the ultimate responsibility for compliance with marketplace rules remains with the store owner.
The client agrees to provide timely access to store accounts, product information, and required operational data necessary for effective store management.
Any delays caused by lack of information or cooperation from the client may affect project timelines.
Ecom Automaters is not responsible for:
- Platform suspensions or product removals caused by client actions.
- Loss of revenue due to algorithm updates, platform downtime, or third-party failures.
- Any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold Ecom Automaters harmless from any claims or liabilities arising from misuse of services or violation of marketplace rules.
Ecom Automaters reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
